edit tool does not work. Bad first impression

Tried to edit my website more than 15 times nothing works. Also the chat is too long and annoying and a bit too yay yay trying to be too positive and false promising. This is an advice from a serial start up company creator.

Just came in feeling very amazing, the actual use of the effect 1. Too few graphic templates 2. Can not change the background color, only white, even no black 3. None of the options is bad, the effect generated is consistent but cost my points, 4. Often card users, there is no option that can quickly refresh the page or dialogue.

Issue with Website Preview Area on Free Plan

Hello Wegic Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with the website preview area not displaying properly. I am currently using the Free Plan, and I have attempted to create a website including 3 pages. Despite following the guidelines and trying multiple devices, browsers, and clearing the cache, the preview area is still not visible. Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?

Seems like once you're done creating a website you can only publish it, you can't download it which is frustrating

Nothing exceptional. Unable to edit.
